Step-by-step Guide:

1. Open the App

• Launch the app from your device.

2. Access the Student’s Profile

To cancel a student’s membership, you must first enter their profile. There are three ways to do this:

• From a Class: Tap on the student’s name from the class they’ve signed up for.

• From the Leaderboard: Tap on the student’s name directly from the leaderboard.

• From the Members Page:

  1. Open the Admin Tool by tapping the settings wheel in the top-right corner of the Home Page.

  2. Tap the centered icon at the bottom of the screen to go to the Members Page.

  3. Use the search bar to find the student and tap on their name.

3. Cancel the Membership

• Once inside the student’s profile, tap the ‘X’ icon to cancel their membership.

4. Choose the Cancellation Type

You will be prompted to select one of the following options:

• Immediately: Cancels the membership right away, regardless of how many classes are remaining in the current cycle.

• By the End of the Period: Cancels the membership right before the next billing date.

• On a Custom Date: Allows you to choose a specific date for when the membership should be canceled.

5. Confirm the Action

• Tap Cancel Subscription to apply the selected cancellation option.
