Manage Recurrent Classes on MAAT

Step-by-step Guide:

1. Access the Admin Tool

  1. On the Home Page, locate and tap the settings wheel in the top-right corner.

  2. This opens the Admin Tool interface.


2. Navigate to the Schedule

  1. Inside the Admin Tool, look for the schedule icon at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Tap it to view all the classes.


3. Add a New Class

  1. Tap the plus icon (+).

  2. Tap on the new class, named BJJ by default, and enter the necessary details: class name, time, capacity, and assigned instructors.

4. Modify an Existing Class

  1. Select the class you want to modify.

  2. Update any details: class name, time, capacity, and assigned instructors.

  3. Optionally, tap the existing class icon to replace it with a new image from your camera roll.

5. Delete a Class

  1. Locate the three dots next to the class you want to remove.

  2. Tap them, then select Delete.

  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

6. Duplicate or Clone a Class

  • Duplicate: Creates an exact copy of the class on the same day.

  • Clone: Lets you copy the class to a different day (you’ll be prompted to select the day).

Tip: Use duplication or cloning to save time when adding multiple similar classes.

7. Publish Your Changes

  1. When you’re finished adding or modifying classes, tap Publish.

  2. Select when the changes should take effect and tap publish:

    • Immediately: Changes apply starting today.

    • Next Week: Changes apply starting Monday of the following week.

    • On a Custom Date: Select the exact date from the calendar.

  3. Wait a few seconds for confirmation; a green banner will appear at the bottom part of the screen.
