Understand and Navigate the Members Page on MAAT

Step-by-step Guide:
1. Access the Members Page
On the Home Page, tap the settings wheel in the top-right corner to open the Admin Tool.
Tap the centered icon at the bottom of the screen to enter the Members Page.
2. Explore the Main Sections
Once inside the Members Page, you’ll find two macro groups of members:
A. Current Members
This is the default view. Students are categorized using labels:
Active: Students with an active membership (paid by card or cash).
Inactive: Students without an active membership but still signing up for class.
Note: If an Inactive student stops training for 2 weeks, they will be moved to Archived Members.
New: Appears for students who joined recently (regardless of status). This label lasts 7 days after joining.
Past Due: Membership has expired.
Tap the student’s name to view how long the membership has been expired.
Trialing: Student has a paid membership and is in the trial period.
These memberships don’t deduct classes or become fully active until the trial ends.
B. Archived Members
Tap the small box with a downward arrow on the right side of the screen to access this list.
Archived Members are students who:
Do not have an active membership,
And have not trained for at least 2 weeks.
Note: This list is useful for marketing campaigns.
3. Use Search & Filters
At the top of the Members Page, you’ll see a search bar with filters. You can:
Search by student name
Filter by:
Membership Status: Active, Inactive, Past Due
Belt Color
Kid Filter
Example: You can search for Active students with a purple belt.
