When Is a Migration Needed?
Migration is needed only if you’re coming from another active solution, such as a Direct Debit Collector or Gym Management Software.
Direct Debit Collectors include platforms like GoCardless, SimplyCollect, Ashbourne Management, or Stripe, which only allow you to collect payments through Direct Debit.
Gym Management Software refers to platforms like Clubwise, ClubManager, Gymdesk, Mindbody, or Martialytics, which also let you manage memberships, classes, and communication.
If you're not currently using any solution, there’s no migration required, you'll be able to start using MAAT immediately after completing the onboarding process with our team.

The migration process isn’t one size fits all. Each academy has a different setup, and the steps may vary depending on the platform you're currently using, but in general here’s how we, at MAAT, approaches every migration:

We’ll schedule a call to fully understand your existing system, whether it’s a Direct Debit provider or a full Gym Management Software. During this phase, we’ll map out your setup, identify what needs to be moved, and prepare a tailored migration plan.
Coordinate with Your Existing Provider
MAAT takes the lead in reaching out to your current provider. We handle communication to retrieve the necessary files and authorizations, whether it's mandate data, billing schedules, or student records, so you don’t have to chase anyone.
Plan the Switch
We’ll work together to set the ideal date for the switch, typically at the end of a billing cycle, to avoid payment overlaps or missed charges. You’ll always know what’s happening and when.
Migrate Your Data
Our team securely transfers your student profiles, memberships, payment histories, and more into MAAT. No manual data entry required on your part, we handle it all.
Handle Communication with Your Members
